When we look at your mouth, we are not only “tooth fixers”.  Our specialty is the mouth, and that means making sure everything inside and around it is healthy:  teeth, gums, soft tissues such as the tongue and palate, and because proper tooth function involves the jaw joints and muscles, we have to look at those as well.  It also means that we have a role in making everything look good – tooth alignment, gum display and symmetry, and even lip aesthetics.  If you’re even wondering if we can handle something, it’s definitely worth asking the question.

Our dentistry is aimed for the long term.  Although nobody can predict their lifespan, our goal is to have all of our patients chewing comfortably until eating is no longer a requirement, and having an attractive smile until smiling is not necessary.  This process starts right at the beginning of oral development, and continues with seriousness and thoughtfulness until the end of one’s chewing days.

When you see us, we will try to provide the best care we can, but it is contingent on only one thing: you.  If you are serious about your oral health, put in the effort to maintain it, we can make a beautiful partnership.

So we come full circle: we hear people complain about the cost of dentistry because they don’t understand the effort required to provide world-class service.  When one understands the risks of not having any dentistry, the cost is not so great after all.  After all, good health doesn’t cost, it pays.
